Our Flags look fantastic and are very easy to both set up and pack up. We have a range of bases available depending on where you want to use them.
The Deluxe Package includes double sided full-colour printed flag, pole system with water bag / feet or garden spike and carry bag.

ORDER COMPLETION TIMES
Most orders can be completed within 1-2 weeks. Once we receive your order, we will email you with a completion date within 24 Hours. If you require the order for a certain date, please note this down in the comments field during checkout.
SHOWROOM PICK UP
Orders can be collected from our showroom at
3/586 Great South Road, Manukau, Auckland.
We will either call or email to let you know your order is ready for collection.
Select PICK UP option during your order.
COURIER or DELIVERY
If you wish for your order to be sent out, we use Courierpost and all orders are signature required and tracked.
Auckland $10.00 per order
Auckland Rural $15.00 per order

What’s my wait time?
Most orders can be completed within 1-2 weeks. However some custom orders where eg a new mold is required or sublimated hoodies, it might be up to 4 weeks. We can discuss time frames with you prior to your order.
What if I need my order urgent?
We will certainly try to accommodate your deadline. Feel free to email or call to discuss.
Will you tell me when the order is ready?
We will either call or email to let you know your order is ready for collection
Can I come into the shop to look at stuff and talk to a real person?
Most certainly yes, our showroom is at 3/586 Great South Road, Manukau, Auckland.

We can assist you with any quote requirements.
How can I pay?
Online orders can be paid via Credit Card, Afterpay or you can transfer payment directly into our bank account but please remember to put into the Reference field your order number so we know it came from you.
What is “TITLE PLAQUE FREE”
Normally applies to wooden or resin type trophies. There is no extra charge to put 3 lines of wording onto a gold or silver plaque for this particular trophy.
I want to place a large order of Tees, how do I know what size will fit?
For large orders, we have a sample pack of tees you can take away with you to try on. There’s a refundable $50 deposit required for this service.
I saw some other Award/Trophy/Tee/Hoodie/Sign but I cannot see it on your web site, can you do it?
Feel free to email us with the link of the item you are interested in and we can certainly do our very best to get it done for you.
What does “Custom Design & Consult Free” mean?
For most of our apparel & signage orders, you get a consult with the designer first; he will then send you a design based on what you’ve discussed. After this initial design, you can request changes to the design 2 more times at no extra charge.
Oops I forgot to pick up my order and now the shop is closed.
After hours collections that were not pre-arranged will be charged a fee of $50.00 per pickup. Please understand you are asking someone to drop what they are doing, drive a total of 30-50 mins so you can have your order.
